Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses throughout New Zealand. For delivery to Australia, please contact us before ordering at Hello@bellebelle.co.nz or call +64 21 822 885.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders delivered within New Zealand.
Dispatch & delivery times
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Once dispatched, most deliveries arrive within 1–3 business days in main centres and 2–5 business days for rural addresses.
- You’ll receive an email when your order ships, including tracking details where available.
Delays & incorrect addresses
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather or peak periods. Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout — we’re not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll work with the courier to resolve it.
