Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Choose your product, select your options (for example band and cup size, or bottle size), add it to your cart and complete checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
Which currency are prices shown in?
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at Hello@bellebelle.co.nz or call +64 21 822 885. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — shipping is free on orders delivered within New Zealand.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
Do you ship to Australia?
Please contact us before ordering for delivery to Australia and we’ll confirm options and costs.
Sizing
How do I find my bra size?
Our bras use NZ/AU band sizes 70–100 with the matching UK/US size shown in brackets, plus cup sizes A–D. Use our Size Guide to measure yourself.
I’m between sizes — what should I choose?
For bras, we generally recommend the larger band size for comfort. If you’re unsure, message us and we’ll help.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes, eligible unworn items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Some items, such as underwear and opened perfume oils, can only be returned if faulty, for hygiene reasons. Read our Returns & Refunds Policy.
What if my item arrives faulty?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
